Being a songwriter I naturally look at every single word I see everyday. I see it and it enters me. How can I make this word, this one word tell a story? How can I make this one word enter someone’s soul? The answer is I can’t. No one can. If you want your song to be successful. No, not successful, beautiful. Yes, beautiful is the correct word. Does something need to be successful to be beautiful? No. We can’t base our lives off of some IDEA of success.
