In Remembrance of Brian Siehda

On 5/12, our family discovered horrific news that will forever haunt us. Lindsey, contacted by his close friend, was informed Brian's online community hadn’t heard from him since 5/6 and they were concerned. My dad and Lindsey with no luck getting ahold of him via phone and text, drove down to his apartment and called the police for a wellness check. It was confirmed, Brian Michael Siehda, born on September 18, 1986, at 37-years-old, took his own life.

Brian, our baby brother and uncle to Jacob and Myla, is no longer with us. We may never know his last thoughts on earth but we do know this, Brian was a talented human. He played the guitar, a genius with building computers, a deep thinker, loved to laugh, spend time with his online gaming community. He loved our family, his cat, Kit-Kat, spending time at the cottage, and treasured our dad.

Brian, a brilliant and empathetic soul and loved by everyone. He dealt with depression but would not seek help. In the end, the darkness won.

Brian/Fonr, we love you. You will always be in our hearts. Hug Paris, Grandma Sophie, and Grandpa Emmet and all the additional friends and family that have crossed over. You are now free and at peace.
